ClinTec's President and CEO, Dr Rabinder Buttar, shares her thoughts on women in the workplace with Professor Anne Glover, Chief Scientific Advisor to the Scottish Government, as part of a BBC Radio Scotland programme entitled 'Giving Science The XX Factor', looking at the wider issue of encouraging women to work in the scientific sector.
